Shipping Notice |
Next
Day Shipping may not be available for credit card
orders. We
ship all NON-PAINT orders by Regular UPS Ground Service1
unless otherwise requested, or as needed. Total Freight
Charges are determined by the shipment weight, package
size, value, special handling, packaging needs, final
destination and other causes. Delays in delivery can occur
due to holidays and extenuating circumstances. We
only ship within the Continental United States. 1Allow
7-10 business days for normal delivery. Paint products
are not shipped via UPS. |

SHIPPING
OF FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS |
| Due
to excessive freight surcharges, Texas
Paint does not ship flammable and/or combustible products via UPS. (i.e.,
Paint, Paint Removers, Deglossers, Spray Paint, Solvents, Alkyd Paints,
etc.) These types of products are only shipped via Common
Carrier truck lines. |

DAMAGES
or LOSS |
| Claims
for damages
and/or loss, caused by the Freight or Delivery Service, shall be
the responsibility of the purchaser to pursue, from the Freight/Delivery company, and not the responsibility of Texas
Paint & Wallpaper, except to provide appropriate
documentation and/or information for claims of loss, or damage. |
