Acrylic
Metal Primer M04
|
|
MSDS |
Technical
Data Sheet |
Product
Information
This unique water-thinned, acrylic primer
eliminates flash rusting; plus protects the
steel from corrosion. Because it is water
thinned, it has less odor and reduces the
risk of fire hazard. This product eliminates
the need for expensive solvents, and also
performs well as a tie coat or barrier coat
over zinc coated surfaces. This primer can
be applied to damp surfaces, and adheres
well to most hard-to-coat substrates. It can
also be applied to poured or cast concrete
and brick.
Recommended
Uses:
For use in food processing plants, bottling
plants, water filtration plants, waste water
treatment plants, or for general maintenance
painting.

Universal
Metal Primer M07 |
| MSDS |
Technical
Data Sheet |
Product
Information
This quick dry universal primer is
formulated for use under many generic type
finish coats. It offers excellent rust
inhibition and good adhesion, both of which
contribute to extended coating life. This
coating serves as a barrier coat which will
keep hot solvent coatings from attacking
conventional coatings. This primer performs
well when priming is essential before the
generic type of finish coat has been chosen.
Recommended
Uses
Performs well on structural steel,
equipment, tanks, implements, catwalks,
stairs, railing, conveyers, for shop or
field painting, and for general maintenance
painting on interior or exterior surfaces.

Zinc Rich Primer CM18/19 |
|
MSDS |
Technical
Data Sheet |
Product
Information
This two component epoxy zinc rich primer
provides optimal galvanic protection for
steel surfaces exposed to corrosive
environments. This effective action is
derived from the galvanic couplers formed
between the zinc in the coating and the
metal substrate. This protection exists even
if the primer is scratched or gouged. This
primer provides the chemical resistance
needed to support the high performance top
coats.

Product
Information
This product is designed to penetrate rusted
areas converting the iron oxide into iron
phosphate which is chemically inert. This
hard black substance increases the coating
adhesion. it makes it difficult for water
and air to permeate thru the coating and
attack the metal. After the treated surface
has dried, remove any gray powdery residue
by wiping, using clean rags and solvent.
Treated surfaces should receive proper
coating system within 48 hours after
treating.
Recommended
Uses
Converting rust that can not feasibly be
removed by other methods, supplements other
cleaning methods, tanks, railings, catwalk
gratings, machinery, and equipment
Keep from
